Why was I charged customs taxes?
Countries often apply taxes to merchandise purchased overseas. Not all parcels are pulled for this tax, and unfortunately we have no knowledge of which ones are. Because of this, we are unable to include this cost in the shipping fees. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact your postal service for additional information.
