I have an item to return from a convention
We accept return and exchanges purchased from the comic conventions:
For returns: Please include a copy of your receipt along with your contact information. We will need to contact you for your credit card details to be able to issue you a refund. Please see the return policy below.
For Exchanges : Please see the policy below. Remember to include your contact information and shipping address, we will not have this information on file.You can return any item as long as it has not been worn or washed. Body jewelry must be unopened, and swimwear/underwear/cami-panty sets must still contain the hygiene stickers and be in new condition. Please send the items to the below address with a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange (remember to include details of what you would like in the exchange AS WELL AS YOUR RETURN ADDRESS). Customers outside of the USA & Canada may require a standard shipping cost for return. Once we receive the return we can process it accordingly.
- Please note your current contact information so you can be notified if there are any additional fees. Please do not include any CASH, CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS.
- Please include the original packing slip or confirmation e-mail with your exchange/return information, we do not require RMA #'s to return items.
- On your packing slip you will find our return address, you are required to pay the return shipping cost.
