Can I change my address?

If your order status is currently "waiting approval", please contact our customer service team at our help hotline. We may still be able to make changes before being processed.

Orders with the status of "sent to warehouse", or orders that have already shipped are unable to have changes made. If the shipping address is incorrect for your order and has already been processed, please contact our customer service team regarding this issue.
