Holiday Return Policy

Our Return/Exchange policy has been updated for this holiday season. We will now welcome all returns/exchanges sent back to us within 60 days from the purchase date. Please follow the rest of the policy below for more details ::

You can return any item as long as it has not been worn or washed.  Body jewelry must be unopened, and swimwear/underwear/cami-panty sets must still contain the hygiene stickers and be in new condition. Please send the items to the below address with a note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange (remember to include details of what you would like in the exchange AS WELL AS YOUR RETURN ADDRESS) and your order number. Customers outside of the USA & Canada may require a standard shipping cost for return.  Once we receive the return we can process it accordingly.
  • Please note your current contact information so you can be notified if there are additional fees. Please do not include any CASH, CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS.
  • Please include the original packing slip or confirmation e-mail with your exchange/return information, we do not require RMA #'s to return items. 
  • On your packing slip you will find our return address sticker, note this is not a pre-paid postage label, you are required to pay the return shipping cost.
