Can I change my order?

If your order status is currently "waiting approval", please contact our customer service team at our help hotline. We may still be able to make changes before being processed. 

Orders with the status of "sent to warehouse", or orders that have already shipped are unable to have changes made. If the shipping address or the items ordered are incorrect and the shipment has already processed, please contact our customer service team regarding this issue.
